This treatment plan report can be simple or sophisticated, with a basic or elegant design. Print it or email it to the patient. Even though you can email it, providing a good looking and clear printed document for the patient to read is always good.
You can use pre-designed sheets and just chart the needed treatments for occasional situations. Or generate more customized, visually clarifying and elegant documents for more complex treatments and demanding patients. Whatever the style you choose, the important thing is that it needs to be created and given to the patient.
Remember that, in patient communication, what is not written does not exist.
Good treatment planning!
